This week, I propose you to add some me-time in your schedule, just 10-20 minutes every day.
- Journalling (5-10' in the morning or at night)
- Recharge yourself (5-10' in the morning or at night)
1.Take a moment to look back at your day every night or to plan your day in the morning.Write down all you are grateful for, all your feelings, the good and the bad thoughts, put down all your ideas, leave it there. You will see that it is like seeding. Sometimes it will take a second to grow, sometimes it will take more time.
2.When you can at night, just light a candle, put some music, just 3 minutes, breathe in, breathe out, put your shoulder down, turn your head around, release all the tensions, feel your body, each part of your body, put on some oil/body lotion, be present to your sensations. Rest. Take some time for yourself, in yourself.
Of course you can spend more time on one or the other, but being a mother and working at 100% I know that you might already feel that this will be tricky to implement every day.
So try to do this routine 3 times this week and let me know how did you feel.
